Default Installation Help : Needed Desperatley

hi
anyone know why i keep getting this message come up

i am totally new to the PHP and MySQL and don't really know anything about them and trying to install this software is turning into a real nightmare for me. any help would be much appreciated

i have checked to see if the sql file is there and it is showing as there

Hi,

I tried ensim and had nothing but problems with it.

Have you checked your paths?

It might be a safe mode problem, but before I'd go there I'd bet it is a path issue. Paths are very tricky to get set right with OsCommerce. Look at the first error message. I would bet that the path to the .sql file is not correct.

/home/virtual/site18/fst/var/www/html/catalog/install/

vs.

/var/www/html/catalog/install/

Try sticking the /home/virtual/site18/fst/ on the path
