Fatal Error in My Store Config

I keep getting this error when I try to change anything under the my store configuration!

what am I doing wrong?

Which version of OSC are you trying to run? Looks like somethign may not be uploaded properly - try re-uploading ALL files from a FRESH copy of the archive file.
