when i go in my admin panel i see for each option (like store owner) 2 of 3 copy of the same option!!
Something like this:

I would say you tried a few installs on the SAME database without clearing out the old stuff first!!!!

Clear out the database and try again! Load the DATABASE ONCE only. You can re-run the install (to set the configuration files) as many times as you want - BUT only do the database ONCE.
