Default I cannot access the Administration tool.

After going through the installation process I cannot access the
Administration tool. What happened? How can I run run
htpasswd and create a .htpasswd files in the admin/ directory with my
desired username and password?
I installed Echocart but It is similar to OScommerce. Many thanks in advance.

Default

I installed it on my computer with the following installed.
Win2000 pro
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.2.2
MySql

I am up to step 2 Configuration in New Installation. It says
The configuration was successful!

There are two buttons Catalog and Administration

I can access Calalog. But when I press Administration button, It asks for user name and passwords. [/b]
