HELP :: HOW DO I INSTALL IT :: AM TOTAL NEWBIE

Ok, have been looking at the oscommerce stuff and it looks awesome. i am trying to write an ecommerce solution for my own commpany. currently i am using this thing where the link on my site directs off to another company and all the information is within the link. its mega hard work writing the site as all the links are about 300 charectors long and then whats more because of the foolish way i decided to design the site i have to make a pop up for each of the products to get more information on them. this is where oscommerce comes in. was looking at the demo and its looks friggin (am i allowed to say that here) awesome. so i downloaded it and then got mega stuck! i don't have my own server i use a host that DOES support PHP and mySQL, but thats as far as i have got. i haven't got a clue now how to start editting the pages or even how to get it online. can anyone please please help? if so either post back replies on here or email me directly at zkool@talk21.com
