My site was doing fine after install except I was unable to get the shopping cart to work, or any checkout pages to appear (kept getting the "file not found" error). I read through some messages here, and realized the problem was probably in http/https...during install I'd specified SSL, and I probably needed to change something somewhere about that. So I went into both configure.php files to see what needed changing. I changed some things, and it did NOT work--site messed up, errors msgs, etc. So I changed BOTH configure.php files BACK to how they were BEFORE I'd changed them...uploaded them, and now I get: Warning: Access denied for user: 'wyldwares.com@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /var/www/html/wy/wyldwares.com/indigomoon/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'wyldwares.com@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /var/www/html/wy/wyldwares.com/indigomoon/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! The site is at http://www.wyldwares.com/indigomoon/catalog So I am really confused how, before I meddled, I had no problems, and then I put the files back to how they were after meddling, and now get these messages...any ideas? What did I inadvertently do, lol? Also, I saw that in both configure.php files, the info for my db was not there...it had "oscommerce" or "mysql" etc, NOT the info I input during installation...shouldn't it be my db info there? At the bottom of configure.php file? This was one thing I'd changed at first (added correct info) and it didn't work...so I put it back to what it was before, and now it says it can't connect to the db...which would seem to be because the configure.php file doesn't have the correct db info in it...but changing the info didn't work...ack! Help! I know I'm probably missing something simple... Thanks so much for reading all this and for any help anyone can offer!!! --wildgoddess

I fiddled more and got my admin page to appear, but now I'm still have trouble getting the main catalog page to work...I now get this error: Fatal error: Failed opening required '/includes/filenames.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/html/wy/wyldwares.com/indigomoon/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 53 Any help appreciated, as I go back to fiddling with this... --wildgoddess

Ok, sorry to take up board space with this when I figured it out on my own, lol. I'm still not sure why nothing worked before, but by trying different things I finally got it to work. I put my db info in where I knew it had to go--still don't know why it wasn't there from the install--and more correctly specified paths. Back to work, and hopefully no more probs... --wildgoddess
