Default Admin page states no SSL in place....

even though i AM using a shared ssl certificate and i've ridden out all the secure/unsecure bugs to their completion. Just wondering why, when i go to the Admin page to check on orders, the box in the lower left corner of the page says that i'm not ssl protected.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    pete

    Default

That box is only referring to the current page.

and that box gets the information from the actual URL, it looks to see if the address starts 'https://' if it does, then it shows the lock box, if not then it shows the unlocked box.

If you know that you have set the admin config file to use SSL, check the browser when you go to one of the links.

look for the https:// in the beginning of your URL, and or look for the lock symbol.

When you have both items then the page is actually secure.
