Default CGI Error

I have the catalog installed on a Windows 2000 machine, the databse is installed and I think I've changed all the application_top.php setting to be correct. I can see the home page, it loads no problem and presents the products.
However, selecting a products, or any other link to another page for that mater products this error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:


That's it.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
