I am new to this and can't seem to find an answer. When trying to login as a returning customer, it accepts the email and password, but shoots me back to the index.php where it says "Welcome Guest". This can't be right. Shouldn't it take me to the Account page? Can someone please help on this? I've tried everything and am lost.

Also, whenever I try add anything to the shopping cart, it always comes back with, "Your shopping cart is empty!" I cannot get anything in it no matter what button I use.

PLEASE help. I am really stuck and at a standstill.

This would be a cookie problem. Check both of your configure.php files - cookies should not have "http(s):/" in them - but should have your domain name.
