Paypal IPN setings for checkout_success.php ?

Can someone please give me help on how to get Paypal IPN setings to create a working checkout_success.php page with the download links showing and working when clients buy digital download ?

I installed osc for my friend who wants to sell ebook. Since I can't test with his Paypal. I am trying to et my test site to work. I have been trying this
week to figure out how to get download link to appear
AFTER it goes to Paypal.

As a test, I uploaded an mp3 to download directory.

AFTER Paypal charges .01 (my test amount) the link
to show success of sale shows this :

Download your products here:

Expiry date: Friday 03 December, 1999

3 downloads remaining

No downloadable url and the above expiry date is also a problem.

So I assume I am having the same problem?

I have a "Need to know" concerning this thread as well.

Where is the download link and how does a customer find it, receive it, access the download after purchase, return to it days later, etc?
