Default problem with configuration file

Hi,
I have a big problem......
In IE6 on the top i have this message
"Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/******/www/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

Please help me ........

I have already modified the CHMOD but this message is already.

.....

It may be a cache thing.

Or your on a Windows host (chomod does not work - in SSH shell account you may try 'attrib +r filename' but not sure if that works) - if on a "hosted" Window server - you may have to ask your host to mark the file as READ ONLY.

(Excuse my French, because I'm English)
