Help can't update or add products..........

I just install OSC2.2, everything is working BUT I cant update or add products. It is clearing the record. I made NO mods.............

I am checking and everything else is working except the category section.

I tried to look at the catalog and it said forbidden...do you have this password protected?

If so, please remove it so I can check.

This is the error when you try to add just a product and not a folder:

If you click to insert the product it inserts but has no text info in it...text has been stripped out for some reason.

Will have to wait until someone smarter than me can answer this one.

When you try to change the folder's name or make a new folder the folder shows up but there is no name. If I setup a new folder I don't get an error but it has no text.

To access the catalog goto http://osc.ourweb.net/catalog/default.php

but that not the problem. It is in the admin where I can't add/update products
