help can't update or add product

When I goto update or add a product, I get a blank record..

I tried to add a product and I get these errors on your site when previewing the new product:

You really shouldn't post your open admin like that, even on a test server. This community is pretty good, but this is a public website, and you never know who is passing through. I have removed the url from your post.
