Major Database problem please help!!!

I am getting this error why?

1146 - Table 'd60630042.TABLE_CATEGORIES_TO_STORES' doesn't exist

select c.categories_image from categories c, TABLE_CATEGORIES_TO_STORES c2s where c.categories_id = '3' and c2s.categories_id = '3' and c2s.stores_id = 'STORES_ID'

This is because you added a mod but did not define the new database table in your includes/database_tables.php file, and/or did not create the new table in your database.
