Information Boxes not showing why?

I have followed the steps to create an information box, it says the box was inserted however the box does not show up on catalogue page why

Did you upload the new php file for the box to the /includes/boxes directory?

yes I did upload it

Well, we could play 20 questions here, so why don't you provide more info, like exactly what you did. The name of the php box file, the contents of the php file, exactly the info entered in the infobox admin and anything else you can think of (like what template you are using,etc).
