About LinkBacksi have enabled every shipping module and still can not get shipping to show on the users end on checkout it go's right to Payment Information... Anyone have any ideas?????

Testing - Shipping Not Showing on User's End i have enabled every shipping module and still can not get shipping to show on the users end on checkout it go's right to Payment Information... Anyone have any ideas?????
DOES YOUR ITEMS HAVE A WEIGHT TO THEM? If all item are ZERO then there is no weight and thus may be considered a virual delivered or no charge freight item.
