Problem with installation 2.1

after copying files and editting application_top.php i recieve following thing:

2 warnings and a fatal error. Not as bad as it seems.
My advice is to start over with 2.2
Just about all new shops are using it.
Then follow the docs on this site.

I want to start with 2.2,but I can't download it from www.oscommerce.com,it seemed that the link doesn't work.

The download works right. I just downloaded it from that link a minute ago. It works perfectly.

What error are you getting?

I use flashget to download it.
The error message is :

"Tue Dec 31 13:21:13 2002 trying link to tep.sourceforge.net [IP=66.35.250.209:80]
Tue Dec 31 13:23:30 2002 an error acount! Socket Error=10060 ;the link was refused,read help document for more information"



And if I right click my mouse and select "..save as..",it will show that can't connect to the server.
