I was having problem with "Click to Enlarge" for just one of my products. I don't know why it was doing this. Anyhow, I kept messing with it and finally it started working. I'm not sure why.

In a similar vein, I have been getting product thumbnails not displaying in the product info box but showing elsewhere. Still an issue and only with some products.

I didn't associate your userid with a previous post - been some time.
Had a quick look at your site, looks as though you've pretty much got things running
Still need to resize the thumbnails though, for example:
Right click on one of the thumbnails: 577px × 327px (scaled to 150px × 85px)
In other words, displayed at 150px wide but still downloading a much larger pic.

BTW: this thread is posted on the wrong forum. There are specific 'Max forums.

    Ridex,

It's hard to believe I've been working on this all this time!

I'm sorry this is in the wrong forum... I was trying to find a good place to put it... I thought the whole forum was for OSC Max.

Now that you bring up the image size thing again... I had previously resized all my images but they all looked like crap. I guess I couldn't figure out what size they were supposed to be or something. So, out of desperation, I have left them in a bigger size.

This OSC Max thing (and OS Commerce in general of course) is very difficult to get anything working properly. I am very worried that once I get my site working that a new version will come out & then I'm back to square 1!!!

    Thanks!!

Not sure if yu resolved this yet.. the DynamicMoPics settinsg are case senative..
    So..
if you only have jpg, gif listed
and one of your images is JPG, the click to enlarge will not show for that image

You need to add JPG to the list:

    jpg, gif, JPG

Talking Re: "Click to Enlarge" not working for just one product

    Discovered quite some time ago!
I did propose adding it by default, as a concession to Windoze users (who in the main, are oblivious to case-sensitive matters). Was rebuked due to it adding to the servers' overhead - I admit to adding it to some installations.
The principle is correct (as a purist) to leave consistent naming of files to the user but in practice it causes grief.

Oh Wicked!- You are my hero!!!! Thank you so much for your post I use the lower case, my client uses the upper case. I never would have thought twice about the case sensitivity. My issue has been resolved now ^.^
