oscmax reverse installation

I have a oscmax website up and running.
I want to create a local development copy of the website.

I have apache, mysql and php installed on the local machine.

I have the backup sql dump of the website.

Can anyone please guide me through the process of running the website locally so that I can modify and debug locally.

Same as moving servers.....

So you have a wamp installed - great!

Just copy over your files - run the install from the the browser - to create your configure files - "restore" your backup.
