How does an owner get notification of a sale

I have successfully installed OSCommerce but I am experiencing a problem. When I do a test of a product sale, I am not getting owner confirmation of a sale. I can see that an email has been sent to the customer. I can circumvent the owner notification problem by placing the owners email address in the setup portion of “Send extra Order Email To”. I am sure there is an automated method that OSCommerce identifies to the owner that a sale has been made so he can pick, pack and ship the requested products. If anyone could direct me as to how OSCommerce informs the owner of a sale I would be very thankful. I have scanned the forums, done searches and finally figured I would use this outlet. Thanks for any assistance in advance.

That is the point of 'Send Extra Order Email To' many people may NOT want to get an email - but to use the ADMIN to review/print etc...

Thank you for the confirmation. I new about the admin but I was seeking an answer for a generated paper trail. I am glad that you reinforce the method that I was going to follow. Once you spend some long nights playing with system, you learn it real fast. Once again thank you for you response.
