help with fatal error msg /

i installed oscommerce for my aunts little business... she started having a friend add products to the database... and all the sudden these error pop up... can anyone help with a fix

What is your line 250 of application_top.php?

Looks to me like the default language configuration in the database got mangled somehow... can you check and see what is the configuration_value for the entry in the configuration table with the configuration_key of 'DEFAULT_LANGUAGE'? It should be set to 'en' or some other language. If it's empty, it may be the cause of your problems.
