Need help for add new account

Hi there,
I don't know what's the problem to me.
When I add new accounts or a client confirm an orders, it always show the following message:

Warning: Server Error in C:\FoxServ\www\catalog\includes\classes\email.php on line 500
Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\FoxServ\www\catalog\includes\classes\email.php: 500) in C:\FoxServ\www\catalog\includes\functions\general. php on line 23

New account could be created anyway. The client order email was also sent to my email box, but not to the client's

I think it's the smtp server configuration problem, but I don't know how to.

One more thing, my oscommerce server is behind a router.
