not able to install oscommers... getting stuck on accessing

hello everybody,

I followed the instructoins from :

but i keep getting the following error messages:


Warning: main(includes/functions/general.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/shopnetca/catalog/install/includes/application.php on line 21

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/functions/general.php' (include_path='/wwwroot/php/lib/php') in /var/www/html/shopnetca/catalog/install/includes/application.php on line 21

hosting the application on my own server.
have a my own domain name
os - mandrake 9.2
and apache, php, and mysql are all new and there tested and wokring...

any ideas to why this is happening

Your link is Wrong.... missing .com/.net/.org/.us/.ca/.com.uk or simular item...
Make sure your php.ini includes are correct

ie: check
include_path = ".:/php/includes"
is pointing to the correct directory.
