    Question Fatal error message

    Hi all
    Ive just setup my first oscommerce site but I cant seem to log into the admin control panel and get this error :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_catalog_href_link() in /usr/local/home/httpd/vhtdocs/chunkle-munkle.co.uk/osc/admin/index.php on line 101

    The line in question looks like this :

    <td align="right" class="text" nowrap><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . HEADER_TITLE_ADMINISTRATION . '</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="' . tep_catalog_href_link() . '">' . HEADER_TITLE_ONLINE_CATALOG . '</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="http://www.oscommerce.com" target="_blank">' . HEADER_TITLE_SUPPORT_SITE . '</a>'; ?>&nbsp;&nbsp;</td>

    any advice/help would be gratefully received

    Marky.

    I suggest uploading the admin files again, with the exception of the includes/configure.php file. It looks like perhaps a file did not fully upload.

    Any time you see in your HTML - UPPERCASE_WORDS_WITH_UNDERSCORES - these are PHP variable and the corresponding files/variables are missing. As you figure out - getting fresh copies of files is best.

    Template: Hopefully it is just graphics and CSS file. As there is no template "feature" in the plain OSC-just hacking code files and hoping. OSCMAX has a BTS-Basic Template System built right in. Separates the code from the HTML.

    Either way - Good Luck!
