Default New Installation / Database Import

New Installation

Database Import

A test connection made to the database was successful.

Please continue the installation process to execute the database import procedure.

It is important this procedure is not interrupted, otherwise the database may end up corrupt.

The file to import must be located and named at:

/install/oscommerce.sql

-------------------------------- After clicking on "Continue" button,

New Installation

Database Import

The following error has occurred:

SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql

-----------------------------------

But the file "oscommerce.sql" is already there in the directory.

Thanks in advance!

Default

Let me guess... Tring to load as LOCALHOST on a WINDOWS machine.

Try putting the file in c:\install\ ie: c:\install\oscommerce.sql

Don't ask....

The ONLY other option (on a Windows Server) is to load via MySQL admin tool (load and run the file as a SQL Query on a BLANK DB.)
