on the left hand side i have 3 links which do not work

they are the contact us (two of them) and about us pages. they appear to be missing the .php when you hover the mouse over the links.

the files do exist in the backend it's just not referencing the .php files.

also my site is currently forwarded to a holding page. how do i make it go live without having to type /index.php so when it is ready I can make it go live.
