Newbie question, please help...

I will be hosting an online store and Oscommerce seems to be a great tool to integrate into my store. My problem is after reading a lot of information, I still don't know how. Other questions I have are pricing, how does Oscommerce associated with PayPal or other online payment methods. Can someone explain to me or tell me where I can find more info? Greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What specifically don't you know how to do? There is an installation guide here:

Start with that and see if it helps. You can go to the oscommerce site and read about the actual program and what it's stock release is capable of. You can read about MS2-MAX in the forums here. Both have paypal integration, but MS2-MAX uses Papal IPN.
