Checkout stops working

This has to do with Discount Coupons,

When I go into the Admin area and install the Discount coupon, it seem to install ok, and when you redeem the coupon in the store it shows the the discount and correct total, but here is when the problem comes about.

When you press continue nothing happens, it just stay there.
If I go back and remove the discount conpon the continue button works.

Second part of this and I don't know if this has any thing to do with the above or not.

Where you enter the discount coupon code it shows:
TEXT_ENTER_GV_CODE: Enter you code REDEEM

If you installed the "GV/Discount Coupon" mod into a plain osCommerce 2.2 version - I would re-check your editing. Looks like your missing a few steps there.
