Someone tell me how to fix this

I have the Following message when ever i go to banners setup,new products,
Products viewed and when i removed all the manfacturers i got it there to also Bran new install no custmoers yet but i can not make a new banner
what needs to be done to fix this Error

you need to patch your version of osCommerce to be compatible with mysql 4.1
