| I'm at a loss. There was a time I had a couple of payment methods listed. Now none are showing. I beleive the problem occured when I entered a third payment method. (Authorize.net). I am working on two sites and neither one is showing any now so I'm assuming it's a setting or privaleges. I set all the directories to 755. I was running osCommerce 1.1, I beleive, so I wiped out both sites and upgraded to 2.2, (scratch install). I simply went in, set my tax zone and the name of the site, added three payment methods, added one part, but when I tested the checkout, no payment methods were selected. Any ideas? all the Payment Methods are set to True. What is the file/database that should show the Payment Methods selected? Thank you for any help you may give. |

| Just a configuration error for sure. How about this. Set up a default install and just enable the payment modules, without setting any configuration values. Then test the checkout. Most likely the issue is that you have limited the modules to a certain zone and either that zone is not correctly set up, or your test customer does not belong to that zone.

| Yes it was the zone. But the solution in this case creates another problem, one that I can temporarily overlook. I set all three payment methods to -none- for the "Apply the method to this zone only" field. However, it should have been mute because the specific payment zone I had indicated was the same payment zone I'm in based on my customer record. Thank you for your response. |

| your specific case, which I have seen before, usually is caused by an incomplete/incorrect zone setup. When set up properly, the zones/restrictions will properly only display the modules for the specified zones. The requirement is that the zone actually be set up correctly.
