Question regarding clean install

Hi, I have a client that I removed some features from her oscmax package per her request. However, that was before I knew there was the infobox admin. So, she now wants those features added back --particularly the wishlist, now, I cant remember where I removed that from, so what would be my best or should I say easiest option?
1. do a clean install of oscmax - and if so, will I have to go back and readd all her store info like her biz name etc
or
2. compare files and reupload what was removed?
