    Default New Shipping Address problem

    There is a problem with the pull down state menu on the checkout_shipping_address page when trying to add a new shipping address. Does anybody know how to fix it? In short each state is displayed in a new drop down box. if there are six states to a country, one state will be display in one box, two states will be displayed in the next box and so on. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Steve.
