have a commercial website .

I used to receive a certain sum of daily orders.
Yesterday,my programmer worked on the server remotely.
Since than I can't receive any orders or inquiries.

Please advise - what kind of changes he might be done in order to block orders or e-mail from getting to my back office website.

I am looking for an OS-commerce expert (but a real expert) to check into this matter urgently.
