Posting reviews

Hi Can someone direct me to info on how happy customers post reviews. I've looked and cannot find reference and also tried the loop as a customer and cant find how to go about it. Thanks

I have worked out what is happening.
Because I sell mostly one off items on my site, whenever I mark a product inactive it
makes it unavailable for the review function.
It takes up product space and looks tacky to leave there marked SOLD in order to be able to
review it.
Does anyone know a way around it. So that I can remove the product from the
catalog after it has been reviewed and get the review and image to stick?
