I've had the same problem come up with two different websites running same OS Commerce version. My Customer "makes a purchase" instant purchase thru PayPal, I don't get a confirmation email. I do get notification from PayPal of the order. It doesn't show product purchased, just the amount and client information.
Any ideas???
