error 1016 - Can't open file, help please

I suddenly received this error today at www.patriciawulff.com:

1016 - Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

select value from sessions where sesskey = '1a0193d30a975228feee371fd6d52d30' and expiry > '1125895653'

Can anyone help with specific instructions on how to repair the problem?

This is a hosting problem......possably backing up/restoring???? or data corruptions????

It is a table corruption in the sessions table. The table needs to be repaired. Do a search, it is a common problem that has been answered many many times....
