Order amount adjustment

I know I can edit an order and add some adjustments on the cost... but how can I charge the customer for the additional cost?

Example:

Payment Method: Paypal
Order Total: $100
Customer Paid: $100
Edited the order: $105
Additional Charge: $5 (How can I charge this?)
