1146 - Table 'shop.cache' doesn't exist

Hi

Problem is this error:

1146 - Table 'shop.cache' doesn't exist

DELETE FROM cache WHERE cache_expires <= '2010-02-08 10:53:36'

[TEP STOP]
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I had read all posts about this error in this forum and i know that i should create the cache table again to fixing this error but this error has occurred more than one in a day for me

What should I do with fixing this problem forever?

If your database table is indeed being deleted on a regular basis, then highly likely that your site has been hacked, IMO.

This error had occurred 3 once today and before it I didn't have this problem.

Are you think there is a security bug in my site?

Is there any fault else?

I assume from your post location, that you're using osCommerce 2.2.
There are a number of potential weakness points in the package.
The osCMax wiki documentation does provide some pointers on making your site more secure but you will have to investigate if you do have a breach.

I had the same issue. Looks like there was a called install-cache.php that was in the root directory of the site. This was in my log:

b3090810.crawl.yahoo.net - - [07/May/2010:21:28:45 -0400] "GET /install-cache.php?action=delete

I removed the install-cache.php file from the site. I think that should do it...
