    Default Fatal Errors - Help

    Hi

    Can anyone help. Website front-end files have not been touched at all. The database had been wiped (think a hacker did it) but didn't restoring as all tables were still there (But empty).

    Anyway have the website back to normal state again and client has been entering products - all working fine. They went through to test a purchase and got through to paypal page no problems. Then they clicked on the link on the paypal page to go back to the website and thats when the problems occurring now seemed to start. Client can't think of anything else they may have done that could contribute to the errors. I don't and the client doesn't have time to do a complete reinstall (let alone lose sales) - will take too long to redo all the customizations.

    The first error they got when they got back to the website was
    Fatal error:

    Call to a member function update_credit_account() on a non-object in /home/XX/public_html/includes/modules/payment/paypal_standard.php on line 471

    The website still seemed to function ok but then they couldn't get into the website at all. I went to the website and brought up the home page no problem. But as soon as clicked on a link (think I clicked on one of the category links) the following error occurred. Now you can't even go to the home page or any page. The admin site is working fine though.

    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_current_page() on a non-object in /home/xx/public_html/includes/application_top.php on line 367

    I have no idea on these errors

    Help please - Cheers

    Some weird stuff going on. Am using chrome and getting the error straight out. I opened up IE and got to the home-page and noticed an error with one of the info boxes (missing a heading) - went and removed this in the admin as didn't need it and the website is now back and running. Back to Chrome, I still couldn't get the website up - so cleared cache - still no go. Website only came back in Chrome when I shut it down and reopened it.

    So it looks like the info box was the cause of the second error but not sure of the first error with Paypal - will have to double check that I get it now after fixing the infobox.

    I would just back up my template and dbase and then reinstall put template back and restore dbase if you get the problem back then its something in your template but it sound to me like your trying other templates so my guess is some one tryed to add a mod and messed it up or the file was corupted on upload try uploading a stock vertion of aplication_top.php and see what line 367 is poining to first though it may be a simple fix
