cannot access catalog/admin section

hi, i'd appreciate anybody's help resolution of below problem

i use to login to my admin part of website to update the product contents etc via -

http://something.co.uk/catalog/admin

it asks for password and username and off i go


however recently when i try to login to to admin site i get an error message -

Not Found

The requested URL /catalog/admin was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



i've checked cpanel and can see the admin folder & files do exist


please help

Try this:

http://something.co.uk/catalog/admin/

Note the trailing slash...

nope, still comes up as an error - page not found

by the way "something.co.uk" is just an example, the real site name is slightly different

ok, it's now been resolved

for some reason the original folder was moved/deleted which caused this problem

i have created another folder with appropriate contents to eliminate the issue

all working fine now
