Order In Holding - Problem (Order Logging)

Hi,

I tried looking for a support post but was unable to find it.

I have just changed host and I have just received an order by PayPal, I received the PayPal payment invoice but no osc order invoice, so I went to look at the "Order In Holding" module within admin but there is not data, the buyers name is visable but when I click the view the order nothing is shown.

Please can someone tell me how I can solve this problem?

Any help or advice would be most appreciated!

What version of osCommerce? What version of the Paypal Module?

Most likely you are using an old paypal module that does not use IPN (instant payment notification). That requires the customer to return to your site after completing the paypal payment to post the order to osCommerce. Most likely they completed their payment and just closed the browser, never returning to your site, so your site never got the order.

To resolve, upgrade your paypal module to a more current one that uses IPN.
