Error on 1054 - Unknown column 'p.products_id' in 'on clause' pls help

Im new to osCommerce and I'm having this problem pls help

select count(p.products_id) as total from products_description pd, products p left join manufacturers m on p.manufacturers_id = m.manufacturers_id, products_to_categories p2c left join specials s on p.products_id = s.products_id where p.products_status = '1' and p.products_id = p2c.products_id and pd.products_id = p2c.products_id and pd.language_id = '1' and p2c.categories_id = '17'

So maybe you and lonskee2000 will not waste everyone else's time by asking a question that is already answered on the forums, and that can be found in a minute by using the search function.

Old posts are not kept around just to make the forum look big, they are also here so if anyone else has the same problem in the future and it has already been solved, the answer can be found easily. By using the search function, and not by posting your answer and expecting someone else to do the search for you.

I think that anyone unable to even find a search function on a forum, should not even be trying to modify/fix a OSCMAX store.

He only had to type "1054 unknown column" on the search box and hit enter to find at least 6 threads that relate to his problem just on the first page of the search results, if he is so lazy that he is unable to even do that, I do not see why someone else would have to do the job for him.

New members do not have limited access to the search function - they do seem to have limited brains quite often.
