| Are you talking about changing the template? Are you talking about changing the way checkout works? Are you talking about changing the sideboxes? Are you talking about changing the display from list to column format? There are so many things you can "change", what do you want to change?

| Know CSS? Know Photoshop? Know Dreamweaver (or any HTML editor)? CSS can change ALOT of your site's colors and look and feel. Photoshop can personalized your graphics. Using a HTML editor like Dreamwaver can modify how things are layout. It not like a static web page so Dreamwaver will not show dynamically generated web pages - but can see the basic layout. You should create your own template directory (like copy aabox or CSS-fluid-1 to your own to start with). For the boxes general lay out - edit /boxes/box.tpl.php |

| Yes i know CSS, photoshop and dreamweaver... I try to work with the STS before... But now, it's different to change the design with OSCmax... Then, all elements of the design is in the "template" directory ? It's the BTS ? Where can i find the bts documentation ? (sorry sorry for my english) |

| Sideboxes are managed in the admin area You can turn them on, move them from side to side, etc. BTS is managed from the templates directory Yes, you can do a great deal to change the style and formats... heck if you wanted to I guess you could AJAX-ify the entire cart and then run it through something like DHTML Suite for Applications - Pane Splitter The power of OSC is that it works and functions the way a customer expects a store to work, so I generally tell people to "not mess with it too much". Using CSS you can change most of the look and feel. With minor tweaks to some of the templates you can add features that make it easier for the customer (like adding a quantity to the add to cart button). As for documentation... hehehe, you're kidding right?
