Anoter (probably simple) BTS question

I have copied the aabox template directory to (let's say) foo. So I have catalog/templates/aabox and catalog/templates/foo.

I want to change the default template to catalog/templates/foo instead. I'm assuming there's a simple define() somewhere to change, but I'll be darned if I can find it.

Since this is supposed to be "easy template switching", why isn't there a simple admin interface that allows someone to select a template directory to use?

Regardless, can someone shed light on where I change the definition so that catalog/templates/foo is used instead of aabox?

No idea where on the site but did find it in the configuration DB table.

This is located in the shop admin section under Confirguration>>My Store>>(next page you see look down for..)Default Template Directory, There you can change to your new template directory by simply typing in the directory name foo. Also you can look for these templates under your catalog/templates directory...
