Default sppc prices not shown

Hello,
After setting up sppc, user has to logoff and log back in to see the discount for his group.
How can this be fixed so that sppc prices show immediately?
Thanks.

Can't be fixed. You have to clear the session, and the only way that happens is by logging out.

Thank you michael for your reply.
This happens each time they logon. 'remember me' feature is installed, and every time the user comes back he is logged in but cannot see his prices.
Nothing i can do about this? maybe a reset session option?

I am not familiar with the remember me mod.

All that should do is set a cookie. They need to delete all their cookies and then it should work like you are expecting.

If someone is logged in as a regular user, then you change them to a different group, this does not change the cookie set on their machine. They need to delete the cookie otherwise it will keep logging them in with the old information.
