LinkPoint Payment Module - Error

I just installed the latest version oscmax 2.0 (oscmax2_RC3_0_1.zip) and tried to configure and test LinkPoint Payment Module. When I try to checkout, it throws the following errors:

Warning: Missing argument 4 for validate() in <website>/catalog/includes/classes/cc_validation.php on line 17

Also when I confirm order, another error message displays:
There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again : Could not execute curl

I am trying to test this module, so I can use this with my Sam's Club merchant account and their preferred "yourpay" gateway. Is it possible to use LinkPoint to connect to YourPay gateway? Am I going about it the right way, or is there another API or module that I should use?

Does your server have curl compiled into php? That error suggests that it does not.
