| I have the sessions set in configure.php: define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql'); I have the sessions set in admin to here: Session Directory Force Cookie Use False Check SSL Session ID False Check User Agent False Check IP Address False Prevent Spider Sessions True Recreate Session True But, I got an email from one of my client's who forwarded an email from her customer: Sent: Wednesday, May 02, 2007 7:57 AM Subject: my order I'm trying to place a new order and an old one has come up. I guess when I exited out it didn't erase my order it kept it. I have received my last order and now my new order is being combined with the old order. Can you please erase those orders that are on file so I can make an new order please and thank you Mrs XXXXX. I am at my wits end!! THERE ARE NO HARDCODED LINKS... the site in question is Plum Purdy Designs by Renee' Mullins |

| There are urls somewhere with session ids hardcoded in them. Or you have some other problem with sessions. Either that or you customized some code and broke the sessions. Post EXACTLY step by step how you reproduce this (be specific, every single step you take and the exact products, etc). PM me the account login on your site that has this issue, and I will follow your steps and try to reproduce it on your site.

| Thanks Michael, she says that the customer is not going to go through all of that to let her know what the steps were. She is one step of leaving my service. When you said account login, are you meaning my customer account for her store? |

| In nearly all link on your site I see the session ID hardcoded "http://plumpurdy.com/shop/index.php?osCsid=207a192f18b1de1fa0717a40a3ff0378" ie: ?osCsid=XXXXXxxx.... Remove all hard coded session ID from your template. |
