Cool "Create Order" having errors (downloadable product/accept cc #)

The "create order" function doesn't seem to be functioning properly on my system.

First problem:
You can create an order, but it won't display a download link to any downloadable products on the users account -- so that there's nowhere for the user to go to get their downloadable product.

Second Problem:
When creating the order, you can't seem to enter the person's cc # via the authorize.net payment method. When you select this payment method, the fields where you'd type in their numbers appears briefly, and then disappears -- so that there's nowhere to enter their card info. (Note: other payment methods seem to work properly)

Any ideas on this?

the create order in the admin panel does not allow entering credit card info, as it does not allow real time processing.

Regarding downloads, I have never tried this, but that module was not created to handle downloads, so I assume it is not incorporated into the code. They may have updated it to allow downloads (or you may need to simply manually update the order status to the one that allows downloads when creating the order).

I have suggested this before and have used it as well.

Search the forum for:
MASTER PASSWORD

This hack allows the system admin to ACT like the customer to process orders on the catalog side - works with most payment methods (ie not paypal).

Hi,

I'm trying to use the 'create account' inside the admin and I'm wondering if there is a way I can bypass the e-mail address? In other words, it's a required field right now, and I'd like for it not to be. I was able to change this in the create order, but I forget how.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks
Mike
