Shipping Questions

I need the following shipping options. Can it be done with oscmax andn not require a mod? If a mod is required... I did not see anything under the Contributions here that will assist me.

UPS shipping only with the below options:

As for OTHER rates - clone a shipping method like "flat rate" and modify text as needed.

IE:
Make copies of BOTH: flat.php files to say overnight.php as well as seconday.php. Change the LANGUAGE files so they are descriptive of the service offered. And in the CODE change all instances of _FLAT_ to something like _OVERNIGHT_ and _SECONDAY_ respectively.....

When "installing" them pay attention to SORT ORDER!
