Can't See Payment modules or file manager

Hi.

Just installed RC3.

Installation went fine.
I am able to login to admin.
I am able to create categories etc.....

But.

When I click the payment options I do not see any payment options to configure. All I see is that :
Module Directory: /home/vhosts/mydomain.co.il/var/www/html/catalog/includes/modules/payment/

Also whem I go to file manager I also do not see anything in the window.

Can anybody help ?

Not all files where uploaded - try re-uploading just the files in "modules".

OR your paths in /admin/includes/configure.php are off....if they are, a number of links in the admin panel such as CATEGORIES, PRIVACY, CONDITIONS, AND SHIPPING POLICIES will show as blank pages.

Triple check ALL of your paths!!!
